Mike Parnitzke

Mike is a seasoned productivity and process management veteran with over 40 years of Fortune 50 experience within a variety of operating environments, including manufacturing, financial services, commercial trucking-transportation, and customer service. As a consultant, he has assisted organizations large and small in their quest to achieve “best practice” quality, productivity, and customer service excellence. Mike is a subject matter expert and teacher of industry best practices in Project Management (PMI), Business Process Management (ABPMP), Business Analysis (IIBA) and “Lean” Six Sigma methodologies for partner universities across the USA, and internationally.

Mike began his career as a Sr. Project Engineer at United Technologies-Pratt & Whitney and continued advancement in a variety of HQ and operations leadership roles at PepsiCo/Pepsi-Cola North America. Most recently, Mike, as Executive Director, lead the startup and development of the industry’s first dedicated association for commercial equipment-repair businesses, known as Repair ACES. Additionally, Mike is an active and contributing member of ATA’s Technology Maintenance Council (TMC), with his leadership and creation of a standardized Root-Cause Analysis framework and methodology for solving problems.
